THURSDAY Dinner: Introduction to the Dinner Church movement

Leaders all across the country are rediscovering Jesus' dinner table theology that dominated the Apostolic Era. The present-day Dinner Church movement is giving leaders and churches a renewed ability to reach people who would never attend their Sunday morning gatherings.  Join us for this meal, not only to hear the transformation story from a declining urban church in Seattle into a network of dinner churches gathering over 1,200 people weekly, but also to find out how your church can join the movement.

FRIDAY breakfast: keeping dallas willard's dream alive

Dallas Willard’s dream was for the church to be ground zero for spiritual formation. He believed the church exists to produce people who resemble Jesus in lifestyle, beliefs, values, and purpose. Join us for a breakfast hosted by The Apprentice Institute as we hear from James Bryan Smith, Jan Johnson, A. J. Swoboda, and Keas Keasler on how they’re continuing the legacy of Willard and furthering his work in their diverse contexts.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST: life in the spirit as a leader of color

In this post-election year, network with other church/ministry leaders of color to discuss how we can be spirit-led in order to lead ethnically and politically diverse communities. How can leaders of color ensure that we are following the holy spirit's lead within our personal and public lives in the midst of various ideologies of justice and urgency? How can we lead diverse churches into productive and safe dialogue with each other, and how can we sense the spirit leading us where we should/should not get involved in politics? Dive into these questions and more with other leaders of color around the nation. .

FRIdAY LUNCH: Ecclesia Network Interest Lunch for Non-Denominational Churches

Are you a church in search of a family?  Would you consider yourself "non-denominational" or on the fringe of your denomiation and looking for additional support?  Come and connect with like-minded leaders and churches from Ecclesia Network over lunch.  It's only $3 and you'll get to hear some of the latest insights from Alan Hirsch while your at it.  Registration is required.

Missio Alliance is excited to reconnect women church leaders across the United States during this breakfast.  Although there are many amazing and needed conferences and projects related to women leaders in North America, there are very few that are designed specifically to engage women who lead in church and ministry contexts and the unique opportunities and challenges they face.  Please come and connect with other women leaders as we engage with one another and our unique contexts in ministry.

Fresh expressions us: dinner conversation

Fresh Expressions is a movement that is cultivating new forms of church alongside existing congregations in order to reach a changing world.  Everyday churches are following the missionary Spirit and finding ways of starting new communities of faith alongside their inherited congregations.  They are reaching people that would never walk through their doors and transforming their congregations along the way. This event is by invitation only.
